Feline Sandra

Dear Readers,

After waking up to a gorgeous sunny day, I decided to spend yesterday afternoon in Sliema. I didn't really buy anything, save a pair of vintage earrings from a lovely elderly lady who set up a little bazaar with vintage pieces on the day! Spotting them was a complete coincidence and they're already one of my favourite pieces at the moment. Stay tuned for a haul this weekend if you want to see them too!

Anyway, since I decided that Winter has its days numbered - yes, I decide when seasons are over - I'm trying to wear all of the Winter stuff I haven't as yet used. This vintage leopard print jumper is a clear example. Even though I bought this not-so-warm jumper back in December - or was it January? - I never got round to wearing it! I layered with a basic white shirt underneath, as always.

I tend to like playing with prints and textures so I paired my jumper with a faux leather snakeskin bodycon skirt (which you can hardly see in the photos unfortunately!). Black tights and I was done. Or nearly done, I needed shoes. I'm glad I finally broke in my black brogues. They're not tight anymore and I can finally walk more than half a metre in them.

I honestly and truly love these sunglasses. They were the first thing I bought from Brussels back in May. Very Gaga inspired don't you think? I don't like them with most things in my wardrobe but some pieces were born to be worn with these particular sunnies! Oh, and remember the satchel in my pre-birthday haul? I'm living in it right now. It's the one I wore yesterday too!

Yes, I went slightly overboard with my hair. It's my Sandra do. Why Sandra? It's an inside joke which I hope the 'Sandra' I'm kinda channelling doesn't understand.

As per usual, hype button and outfit details are at the end of the entry.
